"Jenn lined up a few viewings for us and once we decided on the house we wanted, she promptly sent in our offer, consulted us on the counter offer and ultimately locked in a great price for us. Once in contract, Jenn was able to get us other viewings of the property for our family to see if before closing. Throughout the whole process, she answered all of our questions and was responsive to all our calls and texts. Jenn also sold our co-op during the Covid-19 pandemic by staying on top of all aspects of the sale. Highly recommend Jenn and her team at Signature."
